- Utility Agent and Ramp Driver – 10th Pass from recognized Board with Valid driving experience.
- Junior Customer Service Executive – 12th from recognized Board Pass with proficiency in computer.
- Customer Service Executive – Graduate with proficiency in computer.
- Para Medical and Customer Service Executive – Graduate with Diploma in Nursing or B.Sc. (Nursing).
- Junior Officer (Technical) – B-Tech in Mechanical /Automobile /Production /Electrical /Electrical & Electronics /Electronics and Communication Engineering with driving license.
- Senior Ramp Service Executive – Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical /Production /Electronics /Automobile Engineering or ITI in relevant trade & valid driving license with 4 Years experience.
- Ramp Service Executive – Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical /Production /Electronics /Automobile Engineering or ITI in relevant trade with 1 Year experience & Valid driving experience.
- Ramp Manager – Graduate with 20 Years work experience & Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Production/ Electronics/ Automobile Engineering with 20 years experience or MBA with 17 years experience.
- Deputy Ramp Manager – Graduate with 18 Years work experience or Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Production/ Electronics/ Automobile Engineering with 18 years experience or MBA with 15 years experience.
